First you make a free account here: Fileden

If you did that choose a file for trackmania like a car: http://www.fileden.com/files/2009/11/27/2666737//Red Knight.zip

If you want the car in a loc file you must upload it with fileden.
If the upload is done you will get a link.
Copie the link.

Open notepath and paste the link.

Now for saving. Go to file, then to save as, you will see: File name:
Save as:
Full in the FULL NAME also .ZIP. Normally you will see text documents (*. txt) click and you will see All files (*.*) click on that. http://www.fileden.com/files/2009/11/27/2666737//Red Knight.zip.loc
Then save.
